Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Round Table; Solicitation of Participation

US Secretary Espy requested a plan to make the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system mandatory in all federally inspected meat and poultry establishments, and the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is soliciting participation in a HACCP Round Table discussion.
