Definition of ``Indian Tribal Household'' Broadened by USDA

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has issued an interim rule broadening the definition of ``Indian tribal household'' in the Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) and the Food Distribution Program for Indian Households in Oklahoma (FDPIHO). The rule expands eligibility for certain households to participate in the programs.
