Revision of Delegations of Authority

The U.S. government amends delegations of authority to administer the Rural Empowerment Zone and Enterprise Community Program, as authorized by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, to promote local self-sufficiency and economic enhancement.
