Availability of Determination of Nonregulated Status of Calgene, Inc., Genetically Engineered Cotton Lines

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has issued a determination that certain Calgene, Inc. cotton lines, designated BXN TM cotton, do not present a plant pest risk and are no longer regulated articles. This decision was made in response to a petition from Calgene, Inc. on July 15, 1993.
