South Texas Onions; Increased Expenses and Establishment of Assessment Rate

The Department of Agriculture is adopting a final rule to increase authorized expenses and establish an assessment rate for the South Texas Onion Committee, enabling the committee to incur reasonable expenses to administer the program.
