Western Area Power Administration Proposes Procedures for National Defense Authorization Act

The Western Area Power Administration has developed proposed procedures to fulfill the requirements of the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 1994, allocating up to 119.223 megawatts of power from the Central Valley Project to military installations in California.
