DOE Awards Noncompetitive Financial Assistance to Texas for National Resource Center for Plutonium

The Department of Energy has announced plans to award a cooperative agreement to the State of Texas on a noncompetitive basis to establish and manage a National Resource Center for Plutonium in Amarillo, Texas, providing primarily plutonium-related information to the public and the state.
