FAA Adopts Preferred Alternative for Expanded East Coast Plan

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has made a Record of Decision to adopt the preferred alternative from the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Expanded East Coast Plan, which includes the Solberg Mitigation Proposal. The EIS was published on July 28, 1995, and was prepared in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
