US Imposes Sanctions on Russian Individual for Chemical Weapons Proliferation

The US government has determined that a Russian individual has engaged in chemical weapons proliferation activities, prompting the imposition of sanctions under the Arms Export Control Act and the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended by the Chemical and Biological Weapons Control and Warfare Elimination Act of 1991.
