FDIC Amends Records System to Comply with Privacy Act of 1974

The FDIC has updated its Financial Institutions Investigative and Enforcement Records System to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, including changes to system location, safeguards, retention, and disposal, as well as notification procedures, following an inter-agency support agreement with FinCEN and organizational changes within the FDIC.
