Alteration of Labels on Containers of Distilled Spirits, Wine, and Beer (CRD-94-8)

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) is proposing to amend regulations regarding the labeling of wine, distilled spirits, and beer. The proposed changes would eliminate the need for ATF approval before relabeling wine and malt beverage products, and would be published in the Federal Register.
