Customs Commissioner Delegates Authority to Port Directors and Regional Coordinators for Prototype Testing of Customs Management Center Concept

The Commissioner of Customs has delegated expanded authority to Port Directors and Fines, Penalties, and Forfeiture Officers in select districts to facilitate testing of the Customs Management Center concept, while also transferring certain regional authority to Regional Coordinators in the Southwest and Southeast Regions.
