U.S. Customs Filing Requirements for Textile and Apparel Products Under Uruguay Round Agreements Act

The U.S. government has issued guidelines for textile and apparel companies to follow when filing contracts and certifications with Customs to avoid new origin rules from July 1, 1996 to January 1, 1998, as mandated by Section 334 of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act.
