US Government Accepts Petitions to Tax Certain Imported Substances
The US government has accepted petitions to add hexabromocyclododecane and ethylenebistetrabromophthalimide to the list of taxable substances, as required by Notice 89-61, and will publish the list in compliance with the notice.
