Department of the Treasury Amends FOIA and Privacy Act Regulations

The Department of the Treasury is updating its rules to include the Office of Thrift Supervision as a part of the department and provide guidance on accessing information held by the Office of Thrift Supervision, in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act of 1974.
