IRS Accepts Petition to Tax Methyl Methacrylate Under Notice 89-61

The IRS has accepted a petition to add methyl methacrylate to the list of taxable substances, as per Notice 89-61, and published the notice in compliance with the same. This does not imply any modification to the list of taxable substances.
