US Government Announces Modification to Tax List for Imported Toluenediamine
The Internal Revenue Service has made a determination under Notice 89-61, adding toluenediamine to the list of taxable substances in section 4672(a)(3) as per the Tax on Certain Imported Substances (Toluenediamine) notice.
