IRS Announces Expansion of Tax on Imported Substances, Including Chemicals and Materials Used in Foam Production

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has issued a notice determining that certain imported substances, including chemicals used in foam production, will be subject to tax under the Tax Reform Act of 1986
