OTS Proposes Amendments to Suspicious Activity Reporting Regulations

The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) is proposing to simplify the process for reporting suspicious activities, reducing the burden on thrifts and service corporations while improving access to this information for law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.
