New System of Records Under the Privacy Act of 1974, as Amended

The Department of the Treasury's Financial Management Service (FMS) is proposing to add a new record system to its inventory, which will be used to store payment records for non-recurring benefit payments. This new system is subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended.
