Name Change for Consolidated Port of Philadelphia

The U.S. government proposes to rename the Consolidated Port of Philadelphia to the Consolidated Port of the Delaware River and Bay, and to clarify the participating ports within the consolidated port, as part of an amendment to the Customs Regulations.
