Federal Process Agents of Surety Companies to Amend 31 CFR Part 224 to Eliminate Reporting Requirement

The Federal Process Agents of Surety Companies are proposing to update the regulation governing surety companies doing business with the US, eliminating the need for them to report their Federal process agent appointments to the Financial Management Service, as this information is no longer required or collected.
