Name Change for Consolidated Port of Philadelphia

The Customs Regulations have been amended to rename the Consolidated Port of Philadelphia as the Consolidated Port of the Delaware River and Bay, and to specify the participating ports within the consolidated port, in order to better reflect the port's expanded scope encompassing Wilmington, Delaware, and other cities and territories in addition to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
