US Department of Labor Publishes Final Regulations for H-1B Nonimmigrant Classification

The US Department of Labor has released updated rules for employers seeking to hire foreign workers in specialty occupations and fashion models, effective December 20, 2023, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980
