U.S. Department of Labor to Implement Regulations for Employer Use of Alien Crewmembers in U.S. Ports

The U.S. Department of Labor is promulgating new regulations to govern the use of alien crewmembers for longshore activities in U.S. ports, particularly in Alaska, following amendments to existing regulations.
