Federal Approval of Hawaii State Occupational Safety and Health Plan Supplements

The U.S. government has approved additional regulations for Hawaii's workplace safety and health plan, which includes updates to employee medical records access, labor appeals, and safety inspection procedures, as well as amendments to the state's occupational safety and health law enacted in 1987.
