The Employment and Training Administration, Department of Labor, in carrying out its responsibilities under the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35, 5 CFR 1320 [53 FR 16618, May 10, 1988]), is submitting a brief description of the need for the information to be collected, including the use to which it is planned to be put.
