Grant of Individual Exemptions; Financial Institutions Retirement Fund, et al.

The Department of Labor has issued exemptions from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, following public notices and applications from financial institutions. The exemptions were granted after a review of the applicants' representations and compliance with notification requirements.
