MSHA to Hold Public Hearings on Proposed Explosives Safety Standards

The Mine Safety and Health Administration will conduct public hearings in Cleveland, Ohio and Elko, Nevada, on January 6, 1995, to gather feedback on its proposed safety standards for explosives at metal and nonmetal mines.
