Grant of Individual Exemptions from Prohibited Transaction Restrictions for Westinghouse Pension Plan, et al.

The US Department of Labor has issued exemptions from certain restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code for the Westinghouse Pension Plan, among others, following public notices and comments.
