DOL Amends Regulations for Off-Campus Work Authorization for Foreign Students (F-1 Nonimmigrants)

The Department of Labor (DOL) is amending regulations for employers to use nonimmigrant foreign students (F-1) in off-campus work, extending the period of applicability of attestations by one month until July 1995, due to existing attestations expiring at the end of June 1995.
