Executive Order 12933 Implementation Proposal

The U.S. government proposes new regulations to enforce the 'Nondisplacement of Qualified Workers Under Certain Contracts' Executive Order, signed by President Bill Clinton on October 20, 1994, which requires fair treatment of workers affected by contract terminations in public buildings.
