U.S. Department of Labor Extends F-1 Student Off-Campus Work Authorization Attestations

The U.S. Department of Labor has amended its regulations to extend the period of applicability of attestations by employers for off-campus work authorization for foreign students (F-1 nonimmigrants) until September 30, 1995, due to existing attestations expiring at the end of July 1995.
