U.S. Revises Fair Labor Standards Act Regulations for Domestic Service

The U.S. Department of Labor has revised regulations to incorporate changes from the Social Security Act amendments enacted in 1994, updating and refining rules for domestic service employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
