The Charleston Area Medical Center Deferred Profit Sharing Plan, along with other entities, has submitted proposed exemptions to the Department of Labor for relief from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
