DOL Amends Regulations for Off-Campus Work Authorization for Foreign Students (F-1 Nonimmigrants)

The Department of Labor (DOL) has amended regulations for employers to use nonimmigrant foreign students (F-1) in off-campus work, extending the period of applicability of attestations from September 30, 1995, to November 30, 1995, due to existing attestations expiring at the end of September 1995.
