Safety Standards for First Aid at Metal and Nonmetal Mines

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) proposes revising safety standards for first aid at metal and nonmetal mines, requiring supervisors to be trained in first aid, following a petition from the National Mining Association (NMA). Public hearings will be held if requested by commenters.
