Grant of Individual Exemptions by the Department of Labor for Fidelity Management Trust, et al.

The Department of Labor has issued exemptions from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, following public notices and applications from Fidelity Management Trust, et al.
