As part of its regulatory reform efforts, the Department of Labor is reviewing reporting requirements placed on the public. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has determined, as part of its review, that the present routine submission by covered construction contractors of the Monthly Employment Utilization Report (CC-257) is no longer necessary.
