SBA Proposes Rule to Allow Computer-Generated Copies of Loan Forms

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing a rule that would enable participating lenders to use computer-generated copies of SBA application and closing forms for guaranteed loans, while agreeing to take liability for any losses resulting from errors in these forms.
