SBA Amends Size Regulations to Include Handicapped Organizations in Small Business Set-Aside Contracts

The Small Business Administration (SBA) has updated its size regulations to allow handicapped organizations to participate in small business set-aside contracts, starting from fiscal year 1995, with a total aggregate amount not exceeding $40,000,000, following the expansion of eligibility under the Small Business Administration Reauthorization and Amendments Act of 1994.
