Standards of Conduct and Other Employee Responsibilities

The Small Business Administration (SBA) proposes to amend its regulations governing employee standards of conduct. The proposed amendment repeals provisions that are superseded by the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) Uniform Standards of Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch (5 CFR part 2635); amends two provisions by including participating lender status in the definition of SBA Assistance and adding the Associate General Counsel for General Law as an Assistant Standards of Conduct Counselor; and renumbers the remaining provisions with several minor technical amendments.
