Caribbean Fishery Management Council to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Queen Conch Resources

The Caribbean Fishery Management Council plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a proposed Fishery Management Plan to protect queen conch resources in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands from overharvest and environmental damage.
