NMFS Issues Notice for Public Comments on Amendment 5 to American Lobster Fishery Management Plan
The New England Fishery Management Council has submitted Amendment 5 to the Fishery Management Plan for American Lobster for Secretarial review, and the National Marine Fisheries Service is requesting public comments.
