Revisions to the Export Administration Regulations; Elimination of the Certification Requirements for General License GLR

The Bureau of Export Administration (BXA) is amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to eliminate the Shipper's Export Declaration (SED) certification requirements for exports and reexports under General License GLR to certain Country Groups.
