Sea Turtle Conservation; Restrictions Applicable to Fishery Activities

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) issues an interim rule to reduce the size of the offshore area where the summer flounder fishery must use an approved turtle excluder device (TED) in any net that is rigged for fishing.
