NMFS Issues Emergency Interim Rule for Atlantic Sea Scallop Fishery
The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued an emergency interim rule to provide relief to Atlantic sea scallop fishermen by offering alternative requirements for scallop dredges until April 30, 1994.
