National Institute of Standards and Technology Issues Final Rule for Regional Centers for the Transfer of Manufacturing Technology

The National Institute of Standards and Technology has issued a final rule revising regulations for Regional Centers for the Transfer of Manufacturing Technology, adjusting matching fund requirements and cash match requirements for years five and six of operation.
