Leather Wearing Apparel From Mexico; Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review

The Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on leather wearing apparel from Mexico, preliminarily determining net subsidy rates for 65 listed companies and all other companies.
