NMFS Proposes Rule to Implement Amendment 9 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Reef Fish Resources of the Gulf of Mexico

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) proposes a rule to implement Amendment 9 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Reef Fish Resources of the Gulf of Mexico, extending the reef fish permit moratorium and authorizing data collection for the red snapper segment of the fishery.
